Meet your trainer!



My name is Jeroen Hertzberger. I am a triple Olympian and top goal scorer of all time in the Dutch hoofdklasse and Euro Hockey League. I have played the most games in the dutch hoofdklasse and have never missed a game for my club H.C. Rotterdam. One of the reasons for this is the way i take care of my body. Conditioning and strength training are a crucial part of being a high performance athlete. I want to show you what I do on a daily basis to stay fit, strong and injury free.

Footwork & explosiveness is crucial for speed & agility. These drills will help you improve your dynamic ability on the pitch and help you play better!

Strength

Not only to become a stronger athlete. Also to prevent injuries. Strength exercises for upper and lower body. Includes hockey specific strength training!
